Yes, federal judges have found that the Trump administration repeatedly bypassed or defied court orders, resulting in legal battles and contempt of court proceedings.
Notable instances of this conflict with the judiciary include:

• Alien Enemies Act Deportations: U.S. District Judge James Boasberg found "probable cause" to hold the administration in criminal contempt for violating an order to halt the deportation of Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. 
• Wrongful Deportation: A federal judge in Maryland considered contempt proceedings against the administration for failing to facilitate the return of a wrongfully deported individual, despite an order to do so.
• Tracking Defiance: A review by the Associated Press found that in his first 15 months since returning to office, district court judges ruled the administration violated court orders in at least 31 lawsuits involving deportations, spending cuts, and immigration. This is in addition to over 250 instances of noncompliance cited in individual immigration petitions.
• Contempt Reversal: While a panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals eventually granted the administration's request to terminate the criminal contempt proceedings in June, the original findings of noncompliance marked a severe clash between the executive branch and the judiciary

Yeah, and each time, the Trump administration appealed each of those biased opinions from liberal judges and most of them have been overturned on appeal.
Despite how much you'd love to see Trump stifled by activist left-wing judges and simply accept them, Democrats have been able to do little more than to delay the policies Trump wants, or haven't you paid attention to the number of appeals that Trump has won?

Alien illegals are STILL being deported by the thousands, spending cuts are STILL being made, Democrat waste and fraud are STILL being uncovered, and the border is STILL closed and more secure than at any time in US history.  And a "severe clash" between branches is completely irrelevant once an activist judge has his ruling overturned by a higher court.  There are NO contempt of court charges that are valid until after an appeal is adjudicated, no matter how loudly you scream over the initial ruling of a biased Obama or Biden judge when it is overturned.
