Once again I heard Ted Cruz refer to TARP as Obama's bail out of the big banks, and once again no one challenged him on it.
WTF? TARP was signed into law by President George W. Bush on October 3, 2008.
How the hell does he pin that on President Obama who took office on January 20th, 2009?
