Well, yeah, and for a GREAT REASON, 
 

   Melania had to fill it out for him didn't she?
Can't very well take her into a public polling booth to read it to him can he?
And there weren't pictures of giraffes,bears,zebras or seals on those ballots for him to choose from but words,some over 2 syllables that might need to be read.
  Pretty good reason if you ask me.
