What law? What are you talking about? He's not trying to get a law passed. He's trying to get a federal appeals court to reverse their decision that struck down Virginia's sodomy law as unconstitutional. Which quite arguably is the correct Constitutional decision, which was the accepted judicial for more than 200 years. So? Why shouldn't it be up to our elected representatives to rule on it or not?
