No, they don't!!

They have the SAME IDENTICAL OPTION TO PLANS ANY OTHER FEDERAL CIVIL SERVICE WORKER HAS!!! And they are REGULATED by Ovomitcare like any other plans are!!

PERIOD!!!

AND they pay Social Security AND Medicare payroll taxes as well and get MEDICARE AT AGE 65 as does everyone else that are ELIGIBLE in this nation!!
