Clinton reformed welfare, cutting enrollment by 7 million people and spending by 56 billion. He cut snap by 24 billion. He balanced the budget.

Bush expanded medicaid enrollment and gave us medicare part d - a new entitlement. He gave us the american dream act - the entitlement that broke the economy.

Your job is to pretend that gingrich is responsible for clinton's good government and bawney fwanks is responsible for bush's give-aways.
