  I believe there are still plenty of bitter clinger Marxist hoping Karl's statements on Capitalism comes true. The rest of his famous ideas went down the **** so this is the last hope at redemption. Marx determined Capitalism would end in 1848. He appears to be off just a bit. Marx didn't have the foresight to understand Capitalism would mutate along the way and there would be no end per say.

"Late stage Capitalism" has zero meaning in economics, it's rooted in cultural and biased viewpoints of Capitalism.

I'm not sure what you call someone who goes "all in" on the ideas of a failed philosopher. I imagine it's a hot topic on trader boards and threads, they are all going to get **** you rich!
