ANd you realize the link article is from 2022 and contains nothing about the trial or where the NH Supreme Court overturned the conviction.
After the June 8 interview, Rosen left the investigator a voicemail claiming he found two phone numbers associated with Rogers – a 617 number and a 706 number.
Rosen also said that if Tracy searched his driver’s license, he’d find a photo of Rogers instead of himself. On June 9, 2020, the investigator ran a license check on Rosen which came back “eligible.”
