The CONVICTION was tossed by the State SUPREME COURT. THAT'S all that matters!! ANYTHING else is your vapid attempt to "win" something you already had your *** KICKED MASSIVELY AND THAT BLOODY STUMP SHOVED UP YOUR ***!!!
That conviction was tossed TOTALLY, along with nearly ALL of the State's evidence!! So when will they REFILE IT for trial?? YOU SAID "it was a slam dunk" WIN FOR THE PERSECUTION!!
