There are no doctors in the state of South Dakota where a woman can actually go to obtain an abortion. Apparently Planned Parenthood flies in a doctor once a week. If the Republicans had their way, that would end also. And the mandatory counseling that a woman seeking an abortion must undergo, is a lecture from an unqualified, noncertified, faith-based counselor or volunteer at an anti-choice crisis pregnancy center. Clearly this law is unconstitutional.
