Garbage pick-up here is on Monday morning, and my idiot neighbors across the road who are summer people,
always go home on Sunday night and leave their garbage out instead of taking it to the dump.
You can't do that here.The picture is dark because it's dusk, but that black thing is a bear, and a big one.
