So it turns out that the problem is in the lines outside my house.
Still waiting on that to be fixed.
In the meantime Blue Ridge Communications decided to do an update on the Tivo boxes.

Unfortunately I don't have much choice.
Direct TV says there are too many trees to get a signal, and Verizon is not in this area yet.
