The latest talking point by Trump surrogates is that Monica Lewinsky started an anti-bullying foundation directly because of the way that Hillary Clinton and her surrogates treated her in the 1990s.
This is from the Trump campaign talking points:
Lewinsky has become an advocate who speaks out against cyber-bullying.
She traces her desire to speak out about cyberbullying back to hearing the story of Tyler Clementi, the Rutgers freshman who committed suicide after being cyberbullied about his sexuality.
That was in 2010, not in the 90s.
