There are two ways to vote in PA.
Either by absentee ballot, which you need a very good reason to do, or in person on Election Day.

Absentee ballots are not counted until after the polls close on Nov. 8th jackass.
And yes, we don't have early voting because we have a Republican Controlled state house who believes in voter suppression.
