It's not only 'technically' not early voting, it's not anything remotely like early voting.
You can call it a cucumber if you want, there is no such thing in PA.
There are two ways to vote in PA.
Either by absentee ballot, which you need a very good reason to do, or in person on Election Day.

And yes, we don't have early voting because we have a Republican Controlled state house who believes in voter suppression.
