I'm going to start by saying that I am against abortion and find it reprehensible. That said, I think you're right. We can't "un-know" how to abort children so we should take a different tack and regulate it, ensuring clean, safe, affordable facilities. I don't want my tax dollars funding these places, but I understand that it is a person's right to choose what they do. Just like they don't want me forcing my choices on them, I don't want it forced on me.Not being a doctor, I can't really say what's considered a viable pregnancy, or one that should be terminated for health reasons. I can't make those decisions nor will I attempt to hazard a guess as to what the correct answer is.Where I draw the line is with multi-abortions, where it's almost used as birth control. If a woman can have a healthy child and chooses to abort, fine. But don't do it more than twice. Once is an oops, twice an aw crap, three times you're just irresponsible. That was a very well thought out and reasoned post.I respect your opinion.
