On day one the new PeeOTUS is in violation of the lease on his Washington DC hotel.
The lease with the General Services Administration—the landlord of the federal government—bans any elected official, including the president, from having a financial stake in or gaining a financial benefit from the property.
"No ... elected official of the Government of the United States ... shall be admitted to any share or part of this Lease, or to any benefit that may arise therefrom..."
So since he's violating the lease, the GSA could evict him.
Only problem is that his administration now oversees the GSA.
So in essence, he is now his own landlord and will be tasked with negotiating with his own company over rent, lease terms, and so on.
What could possibly go wrong there?
