On that I can agree with you in that it could very well be upheld by the SCOTUS, because when it comes to issues of national security, they are more likely to side with the president, but I doubt it will be a 9-0 decision.

BTW, have you cited that source yet that proves that Obama interfered with investigations like the ones into Benghazi or the IRS, by going on TV and saying that they were a 'hoax' or were 'fake news?'
