Asked about this Tweet today, Sean Spicer refused to answer.
Just saw a clip of an interview that 45 did that will air on FOX tomorrow and when asked about it he said, "That I can't talk about. I won't talk about that."
Interesting that he first used the word 'can't.'
I'm guessing that his WH counsel told him to shut up about that, because he implied that there is secret recording going on in the White House.
I wonder what the laws in DC are about taping someone without their knowledge?
