Now, let's get down to the real situation, not lefties spun interpretation. A reporter is hounding someone. That someone is in a room or office granting a private interview to another report. The annoying reporter is asked to leave and refuses. Instead he interrupts, sticks a recording device into the face, and then gets shoved out the way and ends up on the floor. I am ok with it. Particularly if the individual who shoved the reporter out of the way understands since the reporter is a ****** their may be legal consequences.

So let me ask you. If you are in a private meeting and I bust in and stick a recorder in your face, you ask me to leave and I refuse what are YOU going to do?
