Sessions has had plenty of time to fire political appointees and has indeed fired many of them.
So what you are saying is that the DOJ lied in a court filing when they said that both the FBI and NSD confirmed that they have no records related to wiretaps as described in 45's March 4, 2017 tweets.
And Sessions said nothing.
