I used the term 'bad hombres' in quotes, because I was quoting what Vincente Fox said in his Tweet, and BTW, he also put the term in quotes because he was quoting 45.
The term 'bad hombres' was 45's term and both Fox and I used it sarcastically or in a mocking way.
Sorry if that concept is over your head.
