Is that a bulge due to a bulletproof vest?That's what Chuck says.Beats me. First time I've heard that Bush wore a bulletproof vest.FreeRepublic had a post that was supposed to be from The Hill, that said that Bush wears a bulletproof vest most of the time when appearing in public.However when I clicked on the link to The Hill I got this, so there's no confirmation of that. I find it strange that he would wear one during presidential debates, where the audience is screened and goes through security, yet he wouldn't wear one out in the open at let's say.....the Olympics.....in a foreign country?Or out in the middle of a baseball stadium?Maybe the Secret Service got some info that John Kerry was going to try and shoot him during the debate.
