Every political figure and commentator I can think of off the top of my head believes its a huge abuse of power.

Sara Carter, Newt Gingrich, Laura Ingraham, Joe diGenova, John Bolton, Lou Dobbs, Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and on and on.

Every Republican who has seen the Memo believes it to be a huge abuse of power.
