I knew it had to be ****, so I finally decided to check it out.
First of all it talks about sections 704 and 705 of FISA, which have to do with U.S. persons who are outside of the U.S..
(So you're trying to make it look like Obama was spying on Trump or his cronies who were inside the U.S. is a bunch of ****.)
And secondly, it talks about 'non-compliant queries' which does not necessarily mean that anything was illegal.
A compliance violation, just means that someone may not have strictly adhered to a guideline.
It does not mean that anyone abused their power, or broke a law.
The DNI's office does a semi-annual assessment of FISA's compliance with procedures and guidelines.
