So you want to violate the Constitutional rights of people under the age of 21.2. A change in the Florida law that says that you need to be 21 to buy a handgun, but only 18 to buy rifles like the AR15 used in this shooting.If the age limit to buy a rifle was also 21, he would not have been able to buy an AR15.
