An 'outline' and a bill are two very different things.
I noticed that Cannon said pretty much the same thing, yet you were almost sickeningly polite to him.
You never called him 'irritating' or accused him of having 'no integrity', or said he was engaging in 'whining, lying rants.'
You also never called him a 'witch', a 'bitch' and 'a lying sack of ****.'
Those remarks were reserved just for me.

Not only is Huey pretending that the Republicans ever even thought about proposing any health care reforms, he's also pretending that the Dems abused the filibuster in the same fashion as the Republicans do now.
