I do my dental overseas - get the treatment and a nice vaycay for less than the treatment stateside. I get my medical care from physicians that do not take medicare. They make sense when they point out that Medicare Advantage is all I ever hear about.
Standard medicare is intentionally downplayed. A savvy person takes note of stuff like that.
