I do my dental overseas - get the treatment and a nice vaycay for less than the treatment stateside. I get my medical care from physicians that do not take medicare. Or any other insurance, as they deal in health, not sickness. 

Beek Eeper is a pin cushion, bragging that he is saving money that I never spend in the first place. I will be cussing all you mother **** while he is cussing nurses whose names and faces he can never remember.

I accept that not everybody can do what works for you (or me, for that matter).
For instance, I wouldn't have a clue who to trust to do competent work overseas.
I don't need enough **** done to build international medical and dental relationships.
Hell, there are people virtually next door here in the states that partner their practices in the same office.
...and one is way better than the other.

My luck is if I go international that I get Dr. Icepickovich...
