The US is sanctioning or threatening to sanction anyone (except europeans) who purchases russian energy. 

How the **** is Russia gonna "blackmail" countries that DON'T BUY IT'S **** OIL? And who EXCEPT TRUMP is "blackmailing" the people who do?

What they do is knock 25/30 percent off large "Discount" comparered to Going Rates on World Markets..

Then trade straight up in Domestic Currencies or Manufactured Goods shipments and thats how Bypass the Banking System and Underwriters.

Now the "Sanctions" be more aimed at China , India the 2 largest buyers of Russian produced commodities.....
