That's far too simplistic an answer for what Trump has done.  Is is not just one singular action that will pressure Russia to seek peace.  Trump has doubled the tariff on India to 50% in order to pressure them to stop buying Russian oil, and he's also told China that he will lower the tariff on them if they stop buying Russian oil.  Currently, the only NATO countries still buying Russian oil are Turkey, Hungary, and Slovakia, and their oil purchases are a drop in the bucket compared to India, which is buying 1.75 million barrels per day, and China's Russian oil consumption has been reduced to 1.96 million barrels per day. When those two countries find the Trump tariffs cost their economies too much, they'll reduce their Russian oil purchases further, to drain Putin of his only significant revenue stream, and when that happens, it won't matter how much the 3 NATO countries are buying.

Once again, your insane Trump hatred has led you to ignore those very pertinent facts.
