Apparently they are counting people who streamed it on the internet, even though there is no way to measure that.

Actually there was a reporter who commented on his small hands in the 1980's and he has been obsessing about it ever since.
The reporter says that for over two and a half decades Trump has repeatedly sent him pictures of his hands circled with a gold Sharpie to prove that they are not small.
